Should the registration fail please check:

  • The right spelling of the username and password.
  • Have you already registered at EZR Manager Remote?
  • Is the Cloud function activated at your heating system?
  • Have the user name and the password been entered in your base station* after registration or password change?
  • Is your base station connected to the Internet?
